You will be responsible for returning the goods to us and will have to pay the cost.
We can only accept product returns when they are in the condition in which they left us, unused and in their original packaging. We cannot accept any returns of orders if you have not notified us in advance. We recommend using a recorded delivery for a return as we cannot be liable for any goods sent by you.
If, after inspection, we deem the goods are not faulty, have been used, or are not in their original condition in any way you will not be refunded.
However, if this is not the case we will make a refund to the credit/debit card used for the purchase as soon as possible and within 14 days.
